Very bad experience with their receptionist, Neil. Horrible political man who thinks he's very clever but actually eroding the business. These people care nothing about the cars. Its just about the business and money. They will only do whatever bare minimum for a car. They will not even check or tighten a bolt if they are not told. Go somewhere else. They are unprofessional people with no accountability. Owner is sleeping and giving open hand to Neil.
Not a great experience here. Very dirty shop, workers don't seem to care about taking precautions against getting dirt and grease on the interior of your vehicle. A vehicle should never leave a shop dirtier than when it came in. Visited for a safety certification on a newer vehicle that I was selling - almost certain that they did not perform the safety in the entirety that they should have (was only in the garage for about 30 minutes - proper safety should take at least 1.5 hours). I'm not even convinced they took the wheels off to properly inspect the brakes. They likely looked at the age and general condition of the vehicle and figured everything was all good (and I know everything was good on the vehicle - I service my own), but not the point and definitely not the way things should be done. Especially when you're being forced to pay for a safety certification on a private sale. Will not be returning and would not recommend. Only positive aspects are the reasonable pricing, and the people behind the counter are friendly, as is what I assume is the owner or manager.
Amazing service. Called and he set me up a time to get me in right away! Did our oil change but also helped us figure out other issues that are going on with our brand new truck! Thankfully all covered under warranty but much appreciated to have had the help! Will definitely go back for other services !
Great honest owner he helped me out as I came in with a problem on my 2024 Silverado truck. He printed out my diagnosis report very upfront and honest. Will be sending my family and friends to him. Great guy.
Travelled 600 kilometers to Welland, was in a rush and found somehow tyre leaking prior to heading back. It was Saturday, many shops closed and, fortunately, we found this shop and came across the warm-hearted and super considerate owner, what a wonderful person! They accepted me as a walk in the day I needed the service. They were nice people, the price for the oil change was the cheapest out of all of the other mechanic shops in the area, and the tire rotation price was decent. Their service was very quick; I got my oil change and tire rotation done in 45 minutes.
Honestly, the best experience I have multi vehicles, I love cars and you name it, I have or have had it. Last brake all around change was done on my car better than even porsche dealer, it was always done by porsche at Vaughan, but since we moved and it became too far, I decided to get it done at this place. I feel it is done just perfect, thank you to the mechanic
