Watch your paperwork closely, they changed the price of my truck by a few thousand dollars but i was in a hurry when i picked it up so i didnt double check all the numbers. Didnt figure it out till i reviewed my paperwork because i was trading the truck in then realized they changed the price from my initial paperwork and final papers. Very lousy way to treat a customer, i bought the next three hd pickups from another dealer because of it.
Inconvenient and Disappointing. My 2024 Chevy Equinox was diagnosed with a leaking right rear shock at its last oil change performed at another dealership since I work the same hours as the Welland Chev Service Department. I called Welland Chev to inform them of such, but they wouldn’t take the other dealerships’ word for it. I was told that I could get a diagnostic appointment on a Saturday, but that should a leaking shock be the case, I would have to schedule another service appointment during the week to have it replaced. Okay, fine. Brought my vehicle in and, guess what? the right rear shock was leaking! I was then told that it would not be covered under warranty as I was 1000k over. Wonder how long it had been leaking before the oil change? Too bad there was no “good will” or customer loyalty to cover this repair as, over the last 7 years, I have been a 3 time lessee. As it is now an out-of-pocket expense, I will be having it serviced elsewhere.
