Absolutely abysmal service… everyone gets treated like criminals if you go in after 12 I’ve been a regular at this store for years I’ve grown up right around the corner and used to get sent there by my parents… I have watched the employees change over the years and by far the worst staff they’ve brought on ever the one girl with dimples acts like everyone’s steals so you better not look at anything or you stole it!!! As well as the staff their brush everything off and don’t serve you until you say something. Only one good staff there and it’s the lovely blond girl she’s always warm and greets costumers with a smile! Anyhow after 10 years I will be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging my friends and family to do so as well.
So I'm actually really disappointed that I have to make this review because I actually like 7-Eleven a lot. But anyways I went in there earlier with my boyfriend. And we get up to the counter and we're buying alcoholic drinks. The lady started getting very sarcastic with us and she starts talking about a Mott's clamato Caesar that went missing but she randomly brought it up to us and she was being like I said extremely sarcastic about it. And then when we didn't respond to her she's like thank you for not yelling at me. I don't want 7-Eleven to reply to me and say I'm sorry or anything don't do that start firing the freaking employees you have right now because they're ignorant my boyfriend has been applying there and he is a really good person and would be a great worker and nobody has replied to him you guys are picking horrible people to work in your I don't know who that girl is but she was either accusing us of stealing which is really messed up because we literally had quite a few drinks got scratch tickets and cigarettes which was literally $70 so you know stealing a $3 drink when you spent that much is dumb right freaking ridiculous. Or she's been working for a few hours and was very tired and was getting cocky either way that's your job and you're supposed to keep it professional. She made me feel very uncomfortable I did not know how to respond I was confused I didn't even catch on right away what the heck she was going off about. I don't know who she is but she is on the taller side skinny and darker hair. Yes I Just identified your typical female I know that okay
This is about a week late, but I wanted to acknowledge Mackenna for the great customer service she provided to me when Uber Eats refused to assist me with an issue I had encountered. She went above and beyond in order to ensure I was satisfied with my order and received a refund that was owed to me by Uber Eats.
I've been in store few times. Always nice and clean. Today we ordered some chicken wings from Uber Eats. They read my special instructions and did what i wanted. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I wish i could post pictures of the wings ? they were amazing I will definitely come back ??
Awesome selection with an app that loves to give. Seriously, give it a try. The deals it offers, right down to the free coffe weeks they seem to offer every couple of months will not only save money but also let you get points to redeem for almost anything. Friendly staff (though one time i did get a lady who i think was having a bad day. But hey we are all human, right?) who are always busy but manage to make you feel welcome. Hot coffee. I cannot stress this enough. Amazing coffee bar with a flavour selection that has something for everyone. Worth a visit.
