The customer service and knowledge of the products was outstanding. The store is a beautiful bright store and very welcoming as is the owner David, who went above and beyond to assist and accommodate me in my purchase and within my budget. In and out in under 5 minutes. I had to have my kids with me (it's the middle of summer...) and you literally couldn't touch ANYTHING. Staff were more focused on my kids not sitting on a couch and getting us out of there fast than they were with helping me as a customer. I was not asked what I'm looking for, I was not greeted at all, no eye contact was made, they didn't even smile at me. I have never felt so unwelcome or judged in a store.
