Put money in the tire Inflator But it didn't turn on, employee said it was not his problem and it's not his machine which it clearly is not even an apology. The lights on the machine were lit up indicating that it was working but it was clearly not

Went to get gas on my way to work at 630. Put in my card authorized 50 bucks but the pump wasnt working. Turns out whoever was supposed to be working just decided not to show up....even though the website says 24 hours. Had to back track to 7 11 to get gas....but still charged 50 bucks. Nbd just an authorization right? So we call they say give it 48 hours itll be gone. That was the 25th. A week and a day ago. Been calling....called corporate and they wont help. Been to tge gas station my wife was there with my kids for TWO HOURS waiting to figure it out. ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE COULDNT GO TO WORK ON TIME. Needless to say... Shell canada has lost all of my future business and i will never be goung there again and strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this particular store especially. Thanks for NOTHING shell
