The team at Peninsula Glass did a great job at replacing the glass for us on a broken window. Even though it was a small job, Nancy was quick to provide a quote, and the job was completed very professionally in a short turnaround time. Everyone in the office and the installer were very friendly and easy to deal with. Very pleased with our experience!
My husband installed our glass sliding door on his own(NOT experienced). It fared well for us for quite some time but eventually it started leaking, our screen door came right off and we noticed the frame shifting. We were recommended to Peninsula. We were hesitant as they weren't the ones who provided us the door or service. We called and left a message and we quickly got a call back from Amanda. She assured us that they could get it fixed up. Within a weeks time our door was functioning AND our screen door replaced. Price was competitive and fair and service was some of the best we've experienced in a while. Highly recommend. Very professional, accountable and accommodating.
I have a small window with a slight curve on the top that has condensation between the glass panes. I called Peninsula Glass and asked for an estimate. They did respond via email and mentioned a site visit was required to provide a quote for which I responded I agreed and was available. To date they have failed to contact us for the site visit. If the job is too small it would be appreciated if the contractor would let you know up front. Definitely won't be calling Peninsula Glass for any work in the future.

Worked with Peninsula Glass on misc scopes of work including screens repair, glass panes replacement, repair of front aluminum door. Staff is professional, definitely know what they are doing, office coordinated and gave advance notices on install times. Minor deficiencies were taken care of in very timely manner. Would recommend to a friend and/ or work again.
Im in NY and they are far away but I needed to replace some IGUs and they had excellent customer service and the best prices. Ill give one example. I needed an arch top IGU and my local place wanted 800+ and at peninsula it is about 240. Im all about supporting local business but that difference is nuts. Ive orderd a total of 4 IGUs and plan to order four more.
Beautiful place, great staff, the ladies at the front are very friendly, they know their stuff. Great experience, but the door they fixed was for my sister that lives in Welland , great job, I live in Hamilton she was very pleased
