Walked in with healthy hair, she left bleach on my hair for 45 minutes after I questioned her telling her it shouldn't be on for that length of time. She assured me that was on my file. My 45 minutes was for my roots, a dark colour. Destroyed my hair.Sent me away after charging me 90 dollars. I went back that night because I was devastated, and she put colour on my hair but it looked green and it all washed out as dead hair won't hold colour. Denied she damaged it. My hair is breaking off so badly, it's a big ball of frizz that is left behind. Short stubby pieces all over my head. I went crazy when I heard the buzzer go and looked under the foil, my hair was WHITE, stripped. DEAD! My self esteem is gone. I've cried every single day since Feb. 2017. An expert colorist told me he couldn't believe what she has done to me. She gave me two condition treatments and when I messaged asking for a third no reply. Each time I tipped her 20 dollars for her time. So I wanted her to see what she had done and in June went for a 5 minute trim that cost 18 bucks, she didn't even wash or dry my hair as it was clean and she tried to tell me my hair was in great shape. Own your mistakes is what I believe in. My hair is going to be four years to grow out!
Went in for a hair cut. She did what I asked for and it came out well. The place was clean and the hairdresser polite and friendly.
Love my eighties hair. It is back.
