I really felt like we were treated as though we were trashy and not really worth the time. I got the ring I wanted and she was able to find a match for my engagement ring that I was looking for so I will be forever grateful for that. ( I am giving it three stars for that alone as she was able to find a match)As for my fiance we felt like she did not care nor try to find him a ring and he felt very uncomfortable and ended up buying a ring somewhere else. I wanted us to support a local business as we are from Welland but this left a bad taste in our mouths and I will go elsewhere to get my ring cleaned before we get married.
