This library is beautiful! It's very well decorated and has everything laid out so it's easy to find. The staff is very helpful and kind.
Library staff friendly and helpful. Sat in a chair saturated in human urine. It was situated in the computer area. Most disturbing. When I notified staff, they shrugged and intimated this was an every day occurrence by a homeless person who occupies that specific area . My reply was well then, perhaps after the exit of that individual perhaps the area should be cleaned up for any other unsuspecting person who unfortunately is not aware of this "custom" so they would know NOT to sit there afterwards.
Big selection, good luck finding anything. Unorganized. Unhelpful staff (but nice).
The Welland Library is awesome! The staff are charming, attentive, and always willing to help. They have an excellent selection of Fantasy and Science Fiction books. Audio Books, e-Books, Magazines, Kid friendly spaces, community art displays, and lots more going on --- and a quiet place to study if you need it.
This library is huge! Im baffled at how many books there are at this place! The Adult fiction section is so quite you can hear a pin drop ON CARPET! Staff is so nice and really helpful. You can play on computers, free WiFi or just hang with your friends. Great place to do research and read books. So what are waiting for? GO get a book!
