We ordered 3 party trays from here. I had heard good things about this place.....don't waste your time or money! Pizza was quoted over the phone at $76. They were 25 mins late delivering and when the guy got here he told me it was $86! Ten dollars more...25 mins late and food was nothing special. We will take our business elsewhere.
Great pizza place in Welland. They have a variety of toppings and you can get their slice deal that includes 2 and a pop for $5, which I think is a great deal. Tomorrow some classmates and I are ordering a custom party pizza from them and Ill update this post with some photos. If youre in the area I highly recommend this place!
Two times I ordered, I handed the delivery man 65 dollars for a 50 dollar pizza and asked for a 10 back and in the chaos they forgot to give the change, all the while being rude and silent at my door step. Tonight I ordered again, party tray and wings and they came in about an hour and 10 minutes(10 minutes late but whatever) but they forgot the wings. I called back and the man on the phone said they're on their way so we wait patiently before calling again. He promises us to only pay delivery considering the troubles and not to worry about the wings. This was 45 minutes ago that they "were on their way" and now it is 15 minutes after their closing. Service is no good.
We have always liked ordering from Rose City however tonight we were very disappointed. We ordered 3 assorted subs and all of the buns were so hard it crumbled in our hands. What happened to your soft buns? I'll have to think twice next time when ordering from there.
