I got my appointment dates wrong, and I showed up a day early to get my tires switched. They were kind enough to fit me in, even though it was a busy day and they seemed to have a lot on their plate. As it was my own mistake, they didn't have to be so accommodating but they were absolutely awesome. I felt comfortable in the shop and the prices were fair. I absolutely plan to come here again.

In June of 2025 I brought in a 2006 Acura mdx (360,000km) with a leaking power steering hose. Before going to Hill Boles, I had two of my other trusted mechanics look at it and neither wanted to tackle it due to the rusted out hardware which could open up other problems and my wallet- totally understandable. But I felt bad leaving an oil puddle every where I went. And I was worried that the power steering fluid would leak onto other parts- especially the timing belt that I had recently replaced. Hill Boles gave me a fair, albeit high quote and had it done the same day. I know that mechanic was swearing and I know it didn’t take only 3 hours. But they stuck to the quote and also took the time to clean all the oil up off the undercarriage. Hasn’t dripped since. I’ll be returning, but hopefully not too soon! Thank you
