I've booked here twice with Jody and it was a wonderful experience both times. She's very friendly and helped me with all my needs. I'm now back booking my 3rd trip through Youngs and I highly recommend them.
Ever since Judy retired this place has been a joke, travel itineraries messed up, unprofessionalism and complete mismanagement on booking of trips for my family and I get an attitude from the owner. I do not recommend Youngs Travel or JODY. I now book at R and R vacations.
