There is a reason why their email isn't provided on their website (or directly to their customers), and it isn't because they're a small dealership. Zain assured us that if anything were to go awry with the vehicle, that arrangements would ostensibly be made to either return or repair it, but now will not answer my calls or messages after the transmission fluid, lines and hose began leaking and need to be changed in just over 2 months of purchasing the vehicle. The repairs and replacements will be just under a thousand dollars. I bought theToyota for $8000, cash from Zain (as a last resort for a long-term job I was starting in the new year). The transmission fluid appears to never have been changed. We (my family and mechanics) hope that that is the only issue and no severe engine damage has occurred as a result. When I've gone into the office, Abdul and the other men in the office will yell at you to contact Zain so if you're having an issue, as they did on the day I was supposed to pick up my car. Abdul said 'Zain sleeps until 11'. Zain eventually came into the office casually asking how I was as if I wasn't wondering when I would be able to get the car I bought from them after attempting to contact him all day. He didn’t give me a time estimate as to when the vehicle would be ready the following day, so I just showed up early in the morning and wasted a morning and part of the afternoon waiting for him then, and then on another occasion I think I waited a whole day at the office and then gave up. When I was able to get a thorough inspection done by a reputable mechanic (who had only opened after the holiday), it turned out that the right front marker bulb and the left license plate bulb were out, but shouldn't have passed their office's legal safety inspection that was included in the purchase. Prior to buying the car, I felt that I did as much research as possible, I asked Zain if I could come back to the shop if there were any issues with within reason, and he gave this demeaning “Of course… Of course. I like to get things out of the way first. I don’t like people calling me all the time after they’ve bought something.” None of that has panned out. Initially, when I took the car for a test drive, I didn’t notice that the tire pressure light was on (presuming it was on and the tire sensors weren’t in there). The moment I got in the car after purchasing it, I brought this to Zain’s attention and he said that he would add tire sensors for $250, and since it wasn’t a safety issue he would only cover the labour. I let that go, since having to wonder when I need to be topped up my tires is the least of my concerns. Already, I need to invest thousands into the car, with no response from Malik at all. I’m scared that everything that I spent six months working and saving for will be flushed away because I had to get a vehicle for another job and despite best efforts, poorly chose with whom to make that deal. I did not want to write this review and pray that I am wrong, but prospective buyers should beware.

This guy Zain at Malik Fine Cars, is a gem of a person. Honest young guy. I booked a ford escort 2015 and paid him a deposit as well. Next day, i changed my mind as i was unable to arrange the amount. But Zain, without hesitation returned back my deposit of $1000. Highly recommended auto dealer.
