We had a great experience with Bob Pietz Heating & Air Conditioning. This past weekend our air conditioning stopped working, we called Sunday night and he had us back up and running on Monday morning. Very professional, would definitely recommend.
We have taken some extra time to put this together because we have so much to say bob pietz heating and cooling services. Overall, it has been amazing to work with them. We had a bad situation with a faulty install of a furnace and A/C. Bob and his team removed the old equipment and installed the new furnace/A/C back in November 2024. They were fast, kind, patient, understanding and gave us all the information we need to make the right decision for our family. They answered every question we could possibly come up with and that was just the beginning. That was before we chose to hire his team. They were professional, on time, and fast. After choosing to hire their company, the apt was booked within a week. The employee that arrived the morning of the install was named Dustin he explained everything in detail and let me ask as many questions as I could come up with. He was very kind and compassionate every step that was taken in my home that day was explained perfectly. He made me feel safe and comfortable because let’s face it, it’s never easy having a stranger in your house. He was very kind and helpful. He showed me all the new equipment parts and explained anything that I was curious about and he reassured me every step. He has helped us more than just installing our ac and furnace as we had been taken advantage of by a previous company. The old install and equipment didn’t work and we had gas leak issues and electrical problems. As he took apart the previous machines he found all sorts of red flag areas that explained why our system wasn’t working. He got everything installed and cleaned up and all in perfect working condition. At the conclusion, he gave me a full tour of our new system and how it worked. I don't know how to put this except that bob pietz heating and cooling is amazing and I would recommend them to everyone I know. Especially his worker Dustin as he was awesome. I would sincerely like to thank everyone for their great work and amazing care with our home. thank you again

Rob and his team installed a new furnace in my house for the best price and timeline in the probably the busiest time for them. Very impressive company. Service and installation was professional and informative! I dealt with Rob while buying the product and Dustin completed the install. Dustin is very easy going and is very knowledgeable. He pointed out that my solenoid on my humidifier was not working properly that’s why my humidifier is constantly draining cost extra $ on my water bill. The water heater was installed efficiently. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a water heater or perhaps a furnace / AC. Thank you Rob and Dustin! ?
Dustin was quick and friendly, he fixed the air conditioning and even found the root cause of why it broke along with giving us some advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future.
I recently (Monday, Aug 23rd) had a hot water tank installed by Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning. I spoke with Rob the previous Friday explaining that I had an old tank (21+ years old) that was leaking and needed replacing. He quoted me a price for the install, which included removing the old tank and bringing and installing the new tank. He explained the new tank I would be getting and its warranty. On Monday afternoon 2 young gentlemen (Dustin and Josh) showed up for the job. They were professional and courteous. Within 2 ½ hours my old tank was gone, the new one installed and I had hot water again. They took their time to answer all my questions, never seeming bothered or rushed. They were neat and tidy and did a good job cleaning up the area. I paid them the amount that was agreed upon with Rob (no surprises!). I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back again for any related work or inspections and recommend them (and Bob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning) to family and friends. Thanks, Michael F
