Highly recommend this company. We had a furnace emergency a few weeks ago and they took amazing care of us. Responded immediately and within 48 hours we had a brand new furnace installed and our home was warm again.
I called them at 7:30 am Christmas Eve. Alex showed up that morning by 10 am. He explained to me the history of the 21 year old furnace we had and possible problems he might find. He took metre readings and had to shut the furnace down. We were very thankful because the readings were outrageous. Our gas fireplace pilot light wouldn’t ignite so Alex spent about an hour cleaning up the fireplace and got it going for us. Very thankful for that. A new furnace was needed and by the end of December 27th we were enjoying the heat again. Alex and Phil showed up that morning with a new furnace and required duct work and were done by 5pm. They were very professional and respectful of our property. We will be using these guys from now on and highly recommended them to anyone needing furnace and ac work. Thanks guys for a job well done.
Alex and Phill installed a heat pump with mini-splits in our 170 year old farm house. I was initially concerned with the aesthetics of the equipment and how it might look added onto the house. They did a brilliant job at working with me to figure out the best places for exterior drains and interior headers to go. They were transparent on pricing and process and stand behind their work. Can’t ask for a better duo to trust with a project, this is who will be calling going forward for anything heating and cooling related.

Thanks to Alex and Phil for doing an excellent job of installing my bbq gas line. After they completed the job it was very clean and the gas line was hidden. I will use them for sure next time for my heating and air conditioning.
I phoned Canadian Elements when my furnace wasn't working. I had phoned other companies first and either they couldn't see me for weeks or they told me it sounded like a very expensive fix. Alex from Canadian Elements arrived within the hour and found the issue right away. It was a small issue that could have turned into an expensive one if I left it. I was prepared to pay a fortune but was very happy that Alex was honest and upfront with me and only charged me a fraction of what I was anticipating. I am very happy with their service. Will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs in the future.
