The home health care staffs very rude and take no responsibility for selling a defective walker that could have resulted in a more serious injury than it did.There reaction was hostile rather than helpful, made clear they were in no way going to be fixing or replacing the walker even though damage not humanly possible unless defective in the first place. I'm disgusted how they have been treating my parents that have limited coverage and funds. Be professional, take responsibility, apologize, replace and be thankful that my father only has bruises and not broken bones. I'm sure the company that built the walker would be accountable, but by doing nothing they have no reason to improve the quality of the equipment they're selling and obviously Lewis and Krall on Thorld Rd in Welland doesn't care.Wish me luck in taking this further...After spending over 500 on this walker, my parents were told nothing can be done, buy another one. Maybe some of you can relate with my parents situation, I intend to do everything I can to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
