I’m so pleased with the service we got from Superior Plumbing. They were excellent. I called them about a broken flow valve in the toilet tank and they had Kurtis out the same day to have a look at it. Kurtis was extremely friendly and professional. He had great customer service skills explaining everything he needed to fix and options we had. Kurtis fixed the problem quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Kurtis and this company for any plumbing problems. The only issue I had was with the receptionist-I could hardly hear them and they were extremely difficult to understand. Maybe it was their headset or a bad phone line but it sounded like they were mumbling. Otherwise, everything was great! ?
Do not recommend. They charge $149 to show up and quoted $450 for 20 minutes of work. I asked for an estimate prior to booking an appointment and they refused to provide any estimates.
Plumber attended and gave quote for 2 shut off valves. $149.00 apparently just for showing up regardless if you continue to use their service. Quoted $650.00 for two ball valves. Have owned 10 homes and have used plumbing services before and am quite aware that 2 ball valves take approx 1 hour of labour and each valve can be done for average $150 ea. This company is extremely over priced and not honest with their quotes. Will never call or recommend them!
I called them and I said there is a blockage In the drain. How much does it cost and the dispatcher wouldn't tell me. Just said service call is 250 dollars and would be waived if I accepted the quote. 1250 plus HST just to snake a drain that's insane. My regular guy charges like 600 and he drives from hamilton. This company is cracked. Instead of creating business relationships they destroy them. Imagine I manage 10 properties, now I'm going to blacklist them. They even lied about collecting the money In 30 days. This has been the worst experience. Do not fall for these guys. There reviews are fake. They offer money for 5 star reviews.
