The place to go in Welland if you want a great steak. The meat was seasoned and cooked to perfection. So tender it melted in your mouth. They offer a great choice of sides, and the seasonal vegetables were cooked just the way I like them. This was my first time here, but it definitely won't be my last.
My friend and I were on our way back to Toronto from niagara and she said we should take a little detour and go to this place that she had heard of. SO happy we did! Such a great vibe and my steak was delicious...want to give an extra shout out to our server Bailey! she was on point with everything and made our dinner there that much more fun! will recommend to any one around that area or passing through! thanks
This is the place that Welland has been waiting for. It combines the best of both the local cheaper bars and gives you an alternative M.T. Bellies and Boston Pizza. With daily deals on food and beer you can save money or get a delicious steak. The bar side has an abundance of games and relaxed seating areas to enjoy. The Skookumchuk chicken burger is next level tasty. Their two craft ales and lagers are fantastic. Thanks for choosing Welland as a location!
Went to Mr.Mikes with my husband for our 5 year anniversary and am pleased with our meal. The staff was very friendly and very courteous with being available to us for anything we needed. They also gave us a free dessert for our anniversary which was very nice of them. My only complaint was that the veggies were not cooked enough to our liking (we aren't carrot people) . I got the 6oz steak with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. My husband got smugglers cove chicken and for dessert we got rocky mountain madness.
Excellent food. Service was terrible. We were seated promptly and then ignored for approximately 25 minutes. Another guest was seated and served drinks after us. We made eye contact with his server and she never came back. Went to find a server for drinks and order. Eventually found one and he got us drinks and said a server would be over to take our order. 10 minutes later I went to the bar to try to order and they sent a server to take it. The second star is because the food was very good and the games were a great idea. However a party of 4 with a 4year old and 6 year old when it is dinner time at 5:20 and they don't get fed until an hour later. The worst service I have ever seen. Perhaps we fell through the cracks but no drinks within 5 minutes and having to chase down a server repeatedly was not ok. We almost left but we would have had to start the process all over again somewhere else.
