I had gone here multiple times before and was very pleased with the result. However, my most recent time was not a good experience. In the past, there was never a charge for the length of the nail. This time when I went, after the initial base nail was glued on and about to be cut I was told that it would be an extra $10 to have them past the tip of my finger. Mind you, that was an extremely short nail to be left with. I was unaware of this and asked why and was told "everywhere is the same". I have been to multiple salons and never heard of this before. I remained polite and let her know that I was unaware of this, as the last time I was here I had not paid for the length. She told me "$10 more for your nails". At this point I politely asked for her to take the base nails off as I was not prepared to be spending the extra money (I only brought so much). She grabbed my hand to cut them short in order to take them off, and nicked 3 fingers in the process because she was frustrated with me. After that she looked at me and said "You owe me $10 tip now." I have never had a worse experience in a nail salon ever, and was very disappointed and embarrassed as I had brought my friend here for the first time and had spoken so highly of this salon. I was as polite as possible to her and was not once snarky or aggressive or rude. I wasn't blaming her, I just didn't have the extra money on me that day. Needless to say I will not be returning here again.
Beautiful and clean place. The staff is nice, gentle and friendly. They take the time to do everything right.Everything is clean and you watch them take new tools out of fresh packaging. They even use a liner for the foot bath for pedicures.
I recently switched to this salon and have always been pleased with my nails when I leave. Every time I book an appointment I am never kept waiting when I get there and thats important to me. Would recommend.
My wife and I go here every 4 weeks. Just had Kim for the first time today. She was great as is everyone. Very friendly service and great value.
When I first started going to this salon I thought their service was great! But the last two times Ive been (with appointments I might add) I was rushed out of there. My pedicure was nothing special, my feet still felt rough, and my niece who is 9 had her nails shellacd in what felt like record time - the quality simply wasnt there... I probably could have done a better job with a shellac kit from Walmart. I feel that lately they are doing whatever they can to get as many people done In a day, I get theyre a business, but I didnt appreciate being rushed out so they can squeeze walk insin when I take the time to make a appointment. None the less, quality should be more of a priority.
