Tiffany rocks! It was my first time in a long time going to a salon for a haircut. It's a nerve wracking experience for me because I've had some pretty bad salon experiences in the past. Being a guy, sometimes a salon is an intimidating place, but not here! The atmosphere at Palazzo is relaxing and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. I have Tiffany a rough idea what I was looking to get done. She asked lots of questions to make sure I was cool with what she was doing and we had some great small talk. I left feeling and looking great (and a whole lot lighter lol)! I definitely would recommend Palazzo to anyone looking for an upscale salon with reasonable prices, especially in Downtown Welland! I went here for the first time yesterday for an appointment with Anna. She and the staff were beyond amazing!! The salon is very comfortable and cozy. I had a hair cut and Anna went beyond my expectations and nailed it! I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here. Wonderful staff and salon.
I'm curious as to where my original review went as to why I decided to leave my scheduled booked appointment? Thank you for the offer to be there for my future beauty needs, but unfortunately I can not justify paying more than my car payment for your services. I booked services according your your online price list, assuming the prices would be at the high end of your price estimates since my hair was long. My quote from your stylist was double what your prices were online at their highest price point and did not include tax or tip after. So yes, I felt your salon misrepresented itself. Had I known upfront my hair would have cost more than my mortgage payment, I wouldn't have booked an appointment, gotten a babysitter and drove to your salon in the first place .
Picked this salon out randomly just from Google as I no longer live anywhere near my usual place in Toronto, I was definitely afraid of not getting my "usual" cut I have been getting for a while now but the ratings on Google were definitely true and I had a great cut. When I called they gave me an appointment with Megan, she was awesome and did an amazing job! The place is clean and organized. The prices are good and comparable so I would definitely give them a try if your considering! Looking forward to going back for my regular hair appointments and to try more services!
I had been a long time goer. And when I get the chance when visiting family to book myself in for mommy time. I had the pleasure of having Tiffany. She given me an amazing hair colour make over while keeping the shade professional. Good price, great atmosphere and reliable hair products to upkeep hair colour. Recommend this place for sure.
