I don't recommend this place, last year I got my brake replaced and it felt completely bad after that, it was even worse and burned gas like crazy before my broken brake got changed. I thought because my car was old but NOT. I went to another auto repair in Niagara Falls, and Earn didn't just fix my car he even made my car feel exactly the same before I came to this terrible place.
Had them change my starter in my truck, pick up my truck drive about 40 km notice a smell, take a look and transmission fluid is pouring out in the area by my starter. Drop it off, the owner Ed trys to deny any wrong or responsibility. I point out the leak is right by starter and lines are not that corroded as he tries to convince me. He then starts threatening me and yelling, I honestly thought the man child was going have a heart attack and told him to calm down before he does. The man's face was beat red yelling. His employee had to get in between us because of his behavior. When I went outside a lady was going to call the police cause of him yelling so loud. Certainly going to be calling Better Business Bureau. If your looking for honest and respectful service this is not the place. I'll never use them again nor recommend them to my worst enemy. Literally disgusting. If I could leave negative stars it would be negative 5 stars.
My new go to service shop, I needed to replace a hub and bearing assembly. I had the other one replaced at Canadian Tire 2 years ago. Ed sourced the best part at a great price and the repair cost $250 less than it did at Canadian Tire. They got it done quickly and he was upfront and professional. Their hourly shop rate is very competitive. I will be using them exclusively from now on. I highly recommend them!
This was my first time here and I'm glad I came to them. The receptionist was very nice and it was awesome that Ed called and took the time to explain things. Will definitely come back again!
