First time in here and sadly I am so disappointed. All I wanted is tires on wheels swap because winter is coming and this is what I got, These are few photos that I took. they SCRAPED and DAMAGED both of my OEM RIMS SETS!
They usually are great but this time I am not sure if it's worth service there for oil change. I said regular oil change but the mechanic said 0w20 only comes full synthetic. He offered a replacement 0w30 and said it would work fine as well. I was OK with that. But what I am not OK is the unlabelled gallon that was used to top off my oil. It just said "Regular Oil" with a marker. Looked very risky to me.
Knowledgeable diesel mechanic but ABS light was on when I picked my vehicle up after their service. Took it to another mechanic and he said these guys took it for a spin and hit a serious pothole with the front left tire causing the light to come on. Called the shop and they denied that the light was on when they had it. I understand that these things happen and it was an accident. But we could’ve both worked towards a solution. Completely denying it happened is ridiculous. Like I said knowledgeable guys and they seem to have good reviews but they are not always trustworthy and now I have to pay out of pocket to fix the light.
Great service, great mechanics and a place you can trust. They do good work and it's a place I trust to take my car too, versus other places that will rip you off. Even my wife is happy with them.
