Staff was friendly! Hotel was under renovation so some things were not finished but understandable. Rooms were nice the only complaint that would need to be addressed, if not already on the list was the AC sounded like it was raining outside a little . So if I could give 4 1/2 Stars I would. Place is really starting to look great !! Thumbs up!!
My first night here. The staff here are very friendly, helpful and inclusive. Everything in the room is new. The room is also spacious. Theres a lovely swimming pool right within the building as well as a grill bar as an immediate neighbour. Not many restaurants within a walking distance but a short ride will get you around lots of great options. First impression matters to me a lot and the first one here was super great! Plus its just 20mins from Niagara Falls and for the price, its reasonable. You will like it here!
The room we reserved had something wrong with it. They were renovating and the new rooms are gorgeous by the way. They did not hesitate to upgrade us and they even gave us a 50$ gift card because they felt so bad about it. They were super friendly and we had a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone especially considering the great prices for Niagara.
Great location. Plenty of food options down the street although more drivable than walkable. Spacious rooms were refurbished but it was very comfortable. Solid walls and a good night sleep. Plenty of parking and a fast check in and out. Will certainly stay here again in the future when we are back in the area.
Room was beautifully renovated, breakfast was good. Pool and sauna are nice, and the WiFi is fast. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Only downside is that the hot tub and fitness room are closed currently, still a great hotel and I will be coming back again.
