For a residence it was a great to lay may head for 2 nights.

I was not impressed in the condition of the NC dorm...yhe rooms smelled damp and moldy and the rooms have old ripped carpets. To pay almost $7000 in dorm fees to feel like I'm moving in to a delapitated jail cell is disheartening. I should of been able to see the dorm before paying because if I had I wouldn't be staying in residence. It took 3 visits before I was allowed to see a room even though I called a head each time and was told no problem. I am very disappointed in the condition of the rooms (at least the one I was able to see)

Avoid at all costs. Un-helpful, very poor customer service. I had a very reasonable request regarding an early check-in for out of town guests, and staff and manager were unwilling to consider. Stay away ! Much better options for slightly more money available here in Welland.
