Wow what l cannot say. Unprofessional send u business and you guys try to send out a car that is crap will not be sending business no more . You guys even admit it wasnt up to car star standards.why call u guys just put it under the bus .so disappointed.Wow you guys taking 5 days now to fix it up shows me now .How you guys sent out this vehicle.
I went with these guys as recommended by my insurance after getting rear ended in my WRX. The body work was alright but my car came out with curb rash on both passanger side wheels which I was really disappointed about. I've owned this car since new and take care of it meticulously. The manager Mike denied any responsibility and made me feel like I was trying to pull a scam. Not cool at all and conveniently my dash camera was unplugged when I got the car back so there is nothing I can even do. I will never be coming back to this location.
I had an unfortunate incident where my brand new Ridgeline was struck and not reported. I won't get into my personal feelings about lack of accountability, as that is an entirely different post. I called Lori and her team right away and was treated with utmost professionalism and care. She spoke with Allan and together they approached this with me the customer in mind. In the end she had my vehicle back the next day all fixed and without the eye sore blemish this other person left me. I can't thank them enough as we are all struggling right now to just get by. Thank you to Lori and Carstar Welland staff for looking after me and my new truck. I can't imagine recommending anyone else with my repair needs.
The staff at Carstar are very helpful and friendly. The mechanics in the garage went out of their way to accommodate my my needs, and to keep me safe. Great positive atmosphere all around:)

My vehicle had a "run in" with a parking curb so I took it to Carstar. Steve and staff were amazing and very gracious. After about 25 minutes, they had adjusted a fender, and underbody shield/tray and brought me my car and said I could go and no charge. I am so grateful.
