Took our suv here before Christmas last year. Everyone seemed good at first. Came to pickup finished vehicle and had nothing holding the taillight in (oops missed that) parts not replaced but were on the work order. They said it’s finished and you can drive it so you can return the rental (insurance covers this). Only after asking about parts, was told to bring it back later and we will finish it. We did not take it. As it was not finished. Second time same thing. Taillight not even ordered and it had a chunk out of it. Literally took the vehicle to another body shop to complete repairs. Parts they did replace were falling off on the way home. This shop works for the Insurance company not you!!
Highly recommend. We were so impressed and they took care of everything for us. We were dealing with an insurance claim and it was the easiest stress free experience possible. The secretary is awesome. We will definitely hopefully never be back lol. But recommend to others when needed. Thanks for everything.
