Acura TLX (rear quarter panel work and new tail light- hit and run at the mall) Honda Prelude3 (new windshield) I brought in both the Acura TLX and Honda Prelude on a Tuesday and both were done by Friday. The team there is great, staff friendly and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend this place.
Back in the summertime my wife was unlucky enough to get into an accident with her car so with Dixon's fixing my car as a young kid and doing an absolutely phenomenal job on it I decided to take her car there also. though they had my car for a long time trying to get it fixed properly when I finally got the car back with front-end work done to it the front end had a loose tie rod end which it was taken to to 2 cool automotive for three alignments and not found out.tje car was left at to cool automotive overnight someone punch the lock out of the trunk of my car and stoll two 12 inch JL audio subs and a JL audio amplifier.when I questioned David at Dixon's he said he would do everything in his power to help me. Dave did nothing to help me. After replying to somebody on Facebook of where they should take their car to a body shop I put do not take it to Dixon's and the young Matt Dixon decided to get a hold of me through Facebook tell me I didn't know what I was talking about then eventually admitted to the lock being punched out and us not being told and and David never said nothing to him or to Todd about the whole ordeal. young Matthew was gracious enough to offer me $200 for the thousand dollars worth of stereo equipment that was stolen on his time. I'd be leery if I were you taking your car here or to cool automotive.
