It's okay
I became a founding member during early pre-sale but didnt get the t-shirt or recognition as promised. I contacted the gym in regards to some questions I had through phone, email, and Facebook and they have yet to make an effort to contact me back. I had to contact the main company to get any answers. So far Im unimpressed with the Welland gym level of customer support, cant even be bothered to contact you back. Im hoping after they open the gym they will be better in which case I may give them more stars and a better review, but I doubt it. This is why I didnt sign a contract.
