This Gym is absolutely amazing. I have had so much help from the staff in every area from nutrition and workouts. They have helped me set goals, rehabilitate through injuries, modify workouts for me and provide so much support and knowledge whoever I need it. I cant say enough about this kind, dedicated and client focused team at Kinetic Synergy.

I've been going to Kinetic Synergy since December 2017 and I've had a fantastic experience. Gavin, Sierra and Lauren have helped me lose 40 lbs so far and through a combination of nutrition advice and challenging workouts. They have been nothing but supportive and continue to help me with my weight loss goals. This was the first gym/fitness center that I ever attended and it continues to be a fun and engaging zone for fitness. 10/10, would squat again.
My family joined Kinetic Energy very recently. Our personal trainers Mr. Gavin and MS. Lauren are excellent. They have a lot of patience as we need a lot of help in getting the proper postures and breathing properly during various exercises. They make sure we do is as correctly as possible. We are very happy with the atmosphere and friendly environment.
Was skeptical at first because I thought crossfit was kind of corny. I've been heading to the gym most of my life and pushing weights. But the entire concept of crossfit is designed for you to succeed at your goals no matter what they are. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or endurance. In my first week, crossfit has exposed my weaknesses, and now I know what I need to focus on. Thanks Kinetic Synergy!
